I had VirginTV, phone and broadband installed yesterday and now I have no dial tone on my home phone. Any ideas?

I have tested your line and I'm not finding any faults in the area which could be causing this so can I just confirm whether you have tested/replaced your handset to eliminate any equipment fault?
