I have discovered I have no dial tone from my phone and if I ring it, it is constantly engaged. I have swapped it with another phone to no avail and no other phones are plugged in. I have a separate second line which is working fine. I've run the VM test which says there isn't a problem.
I'm sorry to learn about the phone not working as it should at the moment, I'd like to take a closer look at your account and run some tests on the line from our end but I've not been able to locate your account unfortunately.
