I have no dial tone, have tried changing handsets around, have tried a new handset.
The service page isn't available because you're doing maintenance or something to make the service better.

As I mentioned in the thread, I'd like to send a technician to investigate and repair your line.
Our appointments range from 8-12, 12-4, or 4-7 Monday to Friday and between 8-12 and 12-4 on a Saturday. Would any of those work for you, giving a few days notice?
We'd just need to ask that someone over the age of 18 is at home.
