No dial tone

Had Virgin installed on 10th Sept. It took over 5 hours & a 2 hour call to get online because it hadn't been installed correctly. We'd asked to keep our old phone number which wasn't done. I rang to get this sorted & was told it would take 9 days. Today BT have cut off my phone BUT Virgin haven't sorted it out & now I have a dead phone. I am not a happy customer Smiley Sad
