No dial tone

Hi everyone,

We have been receiving calls for the past 2/3 wks, but now we have no dialing tone?

I have done a test...but it said everything's fine?

All our other services apear to be working fine?

We haven't made any hardware changes at home either?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Community, I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you've been experiencing with your phone line recently.

 

I've located your account to test the phone line from our end for you, we're not detecting any immediate issues but I'd like to request that one of our team take a closer look as there are sections of the line we're not able to connect to.

 

I've sent you information regarding this in a private message, which you can view by clicking the purple envelope on the top right of this page. Sorry again for the inconvenience this is causing, we're looking forward to getting it sorted.
