Since early this afternoon we have had no dial tone. We are unable to make calls out and we cannot receive any calls either. All the equipment attached to the line has been checked and we've attempted to commence a test with the facilities you make available on your website. However, the test doesn't complete and sticks at 99% with no results. The pre-recorded voice mail message is played if anyone attempts to call the landline number.
Can this be looked into please. Given the number of other posters who are also having the same problem it seems to be quite some issue you're having. This lends to the idea that this isn't a line fault and perhaps an issue to do with your infrastructure on a regional or national scale.
