Hi, for the second time in a matter of weeks I have no dial tone on my phone. My phone screen message state 'check phone line'. An engineer visited my home a few weeks ago and supposedly resolved the issue, yet here it is again.
My WM accounts also states I only have broadband, even though I have all 3 packages (broadband, TV & Phone).
I have noticed others have had the same issue, but I see no notifications advising of issues, but clearly there is one.
Can this be looked into again as a matter of urgency as I am paying for services I am not receiving.

I have been able to locate your account to run a line test and I would like to send one of the team out to you to get this fixed so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of your screen you will see a message waiting for you.
