We have had no landline for weeks now. I can't phone free to speak to someone because, well, I have no landline! I don't want to call from my mobile again as last time I was waiting for five minutes while my "information was being retrieved" but I didn't get to speak to an actual person and it isn't free for me to call from my mobile. To book an engineer online it's during weekdays and I can't get time off. Would someone be able to advise or call me please? I'm new to Virgin Media but so far, not good.
