I have no dial tone on my phone and it is constantly engaged if I try to ring it on my mobile. I have tried ringing the fault service by mobile but was told there was a delay in responding.
I have done the test which told me there was something wrong.

I have tested your line and I'm not finding any problems so before I can arrange for a technician I just need to confirm whether you have tried another handset in the Virgin Media socket to rule out any equipment fault?
