... nor does the line ring when phoned. Checked all the connections and then moved the VM line handset to a BT line where it worked. Also swapped the working handset usually on the BT line to the VM line where it did not work. Rarely use the VM phone line but over the years have often discovered it to be dead. Has never needed an engineer's visit to fix it either. Am about to install SuperHub3 so would appreciate being able to use VM 150 freephone in case of problems.
