No dial tone in Bournemouth area 20

Hi, I have no dial tone and cannot use phone.  Anyone else got this issue? Have done test says no problem.

Have you plugged anything new in like a call blocker or a new phone? Can you try a different handset to make sure it's not a problem with your phone?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your telephone line and a warm welcome to the community.

 

I have been able to locate your account and run a line check and everything looks fine this side and as wonkotsane has mentioned have you tried a different handset in the Virgin socket just to eliminate any possible equipment fault?
