Why are so many people experiencing the same problem?. Our phone was fine on Tuesday night and the yesterday it was engaged and there is no dial tone. Also the service status gets stuck at 99% when I try to test it.
The earliest appointment is on Tuesday. My 95yr old Mother relies on my landline to keep in touch or report emergencies as she can't use mobiles. Is there anything that can be done?
The contact centre couldn't care less and keep reading the same script to me.
