My landline has been out of action for the last 3 days. there is no dialling tone and anyone calling my line get the engaged tone. I have followed all the hints and tips and still nothing.
I have tried to run the service status test and this freezes at 99%. therefore I need to request an engineer please.

I've located your account and checked the line state and this is currently displaying as blocked which would indeed require an engineer visit.
