For days now I have had no dial tone on the phone so am unable to send or receive calls. The line check says no problems so why does it not work. Checked the connections all seems well, Have tried using a different phone which I know is ok and that will not work either. Have tried to contact the help desk via the broadband site as obviously one cannot phone them. NO USE always says that the assistants are busy. Am at wits end especially as one is paying a lot of money for a service that one is just not getting.
