We are brand new to Virginmedia in a rented flat- we were advised that it was all cabled correctly so went for the self installation pack.
Did Internet & Tv no problem, did phone them as the instructions said we would get a card through the door with our number which we don't have. Was advised could take 24/48 hours for line to be active.
That is now nearly a week.
We have no dial tone at all- tried 2 different phones. Can't get onto main website either for contact details.
