5 1/2 months ago our phone line stopped working. It was part of a bundled phone and fibreoptic broadband package. Unfortunately the broadband continues to work, usually.
Every time i phone Virgin they are unable to even give me a date or when the repair work will be done.
How difficult is it to repair a phone line? Even if construction work is needed, surely 5 1/5 months is long enough? A house can be built in less time.
THIS IS REDICULOUS!
