Our phone has no dial tone again, fourth time in the last month.
Tried to call on my mobile (at my expense) to report but queue is too long ..
Online chat does not work, so have tried an e-mail (***********@ntlworld.com) ..
So can this please escalated please

Sorry to hear that your landline isn't working and that you have had ongoing problems with this in the last month.
Checking this for you, I can see that there's a known outage that our engineers have been working on the fault in your area. Is your line now working?
