I have no Landline I can't get through to Virgin by phone or to have a live chat as no one is answering, any help out there would be appreciated. thanks Mags

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your landline.
I've run a diagnostic on your line but I seem to pull any data from it. Are you able to test a different handset in the socket? This is just to make sure the handset isn't causing the fault.
