No Dial Tone

I have not received any calls since last year, My mum rang my mobile to say she could not call me as all she got was a the usual ringing when dialing out. 

I have checked my phoneline online and it has no issue.

I have checked my phoneline in the house with 3 different phones and cables and I have no dial tone ?

I have tried calling my line with my mobile and my house phone does not ring either ?

What the hell is wrong, I wont be renewing my contract with Virgin when it comes up for renewal.
