No Dial Tone

Hi our phone line has lost dial tone.  Any attempt to call it gives an engaged tone.  We had lost TV & broadband earlier but his has just been restored.  Can you advise if the phone is now part of the same fault?

Sorry to hear are experiencing issues with your telephone line and I would like to welcome you to the community.

 

I have been able to locate your account to run a couple of checks and everything looks okay this side so can I just confirm if you've tried a different handset in the Virgin socket just to eliminate any equipment fault.
