Hi our phone line has lost dial tone. Any attempt to call it gives an engaged tone. We had lost TV & broadband earlier but his has just been restored. Can you advise if the phone is now part of the same fault?

I have been able to locate your account to run a couple of checks and everything looks okay this side so can I just confirm if you've tried a different handset in the Virgin socket just to eliminate any equipment fault.
