No Dail Tone

I have had no dial tone on my landline for over a week now, I had book someone to come out today. Surprise surprise that no one has showed up.


I keep trying to call Virgin and the line keeps being disconnected when trying to speak with the faults team.


I have to say very poor service considering they are meant to be one of the best and the amount of money I spend I expect better service.


I am very disappointed and will never recommend Virgin to friends or family.
