No 1471 or 1571

Since an engineer came to fix my line yesterday afternoon, we have had no 1471 or 1571.  There is also a continuous dial tone.  I phoned up about it this morning but was handed from one person to another.  I was on the line for 30 minutes but the problem has not been dealt with.  Could this be sorted as soon as possible please?

I have managed to get 1571 back via the call centre, but still don't have 1471, despite asking them to do this! Not too keen on going through 150 again. Can this be done remotely please?
