No 141

When I try to make a call using 141. I cant make a call. Is 141 a free option I can add or do I have to pay

I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with using 141 when dialling a number at the moment. 

 

I've checked your account and all is as it should be from our end, what do you hear when you dial 141 before a number at the moment?

You hear a recorded voice saying the number you have dialed is not recognised
