I had a new line etc installed yesterday but I haven't had a dial tone since. I'm not sure if there was to begin with, the engineer just said "everything was good to go"
Does it take time to work? Or is there a problem?
I've checked the diagnostics online and it says no fault.
Also know the phone does work.
