We just moved in and got our Virgin Media set on Wednesday. Our phone was in the last box and we just plugged it tonight, and ... Nothing.
Is there anything to be done to get it started? The phone seems to be working fine, but no dial tone, the line seems dead. I actually cannot even find my phone number on any of the doc they sent me.

I have been able to access your account via your Forum details and can see that this has already been reported and is currently being investigated.
