New account - phone line hasn't been transferred yet
This is probably a familiar complaint, but I have recently joined virgin on a phone/tv/internet package and oped to have my BT line ported over. I did receive a letter from BT acknowledging that they had received the request from Virgin, but my line has yet to be moved over.
Your phone contact system has option to speak to a human, and you don't seem to take emails hence this is my only resort.
Any idea how long this will go on for, and will I get a credit to my account for the time I am not connected?
