NO PHONELINE

I have not had a phone line for 3 months as your engineers cut it of outside in the street!!, you have sent 2 separate engineers to fix this issue and still nothing!! what are you going to do we have contacted you by email and mobile phone but nothing is being done.... I am paying 80 plus pounds a month for Virgin and the service is abysmal no one contacts you back lets see if you can help ( I am not holding my breathe)

I've located your account and I've not been able to find any open work orders relating to this.

 

I'd like to arrange for a principle engineer to attend and investigate this for you.
