reported my phone not working on Sunday, given engineer visit Wed PM. text yesterday saying network fault so engineer visit cancelled. text this am saying fault fixed phone OK . Checked it still not working, phoned virgin again told engineer cannot come till Monday next. Wasted a day staying in . When I check on my virgin media still showing engineer call booked for today.
Do they know what they are doing?
Who do I write to to complain? seriously making me think about leaving and going elsewhere.

I've located your account to take a closer look at this from our end, I can see that there's an outage in your area which has just been closed. To confirm, there is no appointment organised for an engineer to come and take a look at this as that outage resolution should have resolved the problem.
