Last Wednesday - Nov 16th - I switched from BT to Virgin. The engineers left a mess - very sloppy workmanship and someone is having to come back to make good. More to the point; since Wed. there are no incomig calls on the landline. Virgin tell me it's up to BT to do the switch (for which they are charging me £31). I am on to Virgin daily - no luck so far. Frustrating or what - once these guys have your money they just don't give a damn.
