NEW INSTALLATION CONSTANT ENGAGED TONE ON LANDLINE
Moved in a couple of weeks ago & used quick start to set everything up. The only problem is the landline - it won't receive calls & I can't call out - it has a constant engaged tone. I have called Virgin Media to be told (over a week ago) that there was a local fault & to give it a couple of hours. Absolutely no help at all! Please help!

Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that your phone line has not been working since you were installed a few weeks bac. I've run some testing on the line myself, and would now like to book a technician to call out and investigate further for you.
