Hi, this appears to be the only way I can make contact as my mobile doesn't work with the reporting service fault hotline. My phone has no dialing tone. I've checked the plug and that is not the problem. Can somebody from Virgin media contact me?

Really sorry to hear about the fault concerning your landline service with us.
I've had a look at the line state and I'm unable to detect any obvious reason for this at present.
Have you tried disconnecting/reconnecting the handset or tried different equipment?
