My phone line is not working and it's only 2 days since I have moved to Virgin

I have just moved to Virgin and the phone has stopped working since yesterday and the technician can only come on Thursday. I also have a disability and need the phone line.

I'm really sorry to hear that your phone line is not working, and I'd also like to welcome you to the forums. 

I've taken a look at things, and can see that you've already spoken to our faults department, and have a technician booked to call out and investigate things for you.
