The issues with the voicemail continue. There is a constant message alert tone but there are “ no messages “ . When you call ,the message says “ calls to this number are being diverted “ several times before eventually connecting to our answer phone message. Most callers would have given up by then assuming there was something wrong with the line.
Please reset it as it used to work perfectly well.
Thanks for the update and I'm pleased to hear your landline is working again. In regards to the Voicemail service, I have made a correction so this should be working ok now for you. You may need to repeat the steps Rose advised about leaving a new message, listen to it then delete it if the intermittent tone still remains.
