My phone line as been dead for over 24 hours.

My phone line as been dead for over 24 hours, I have checked its not my equipment by plugging in another phone, I have been in touch with a neighbour who is also with Virgin and he his having the same problem. Would be nice if Virgin sent out a e-mail that the vault lies with them and saves the customer from unnecessary worry what is causing the problem.

unless its been reported VM wont know you have a problem.

Have you reported it and booked an engineer?

I know when you assume it makes an ass out of you and me. But with my neighbour having the same problem I though it was Virgin error on all of the estate. So I havent been in touch with Virgin...

I've located your account and I can see that an engineer appointment has since been arranged to investigate this for you. 

 

*Remember that someone of the age of 18+ would need to be in attendance for the full duration of the visit.
