I have had no dial tone since last week, I thought it was a temporary issue so waited but just called it from my mobile and it has been provided to someone else. There is no way to use online chat and guess what? I can't use my phone!!!! I attempted calling the 0345 number but it went nowhere, I had to email help desk instead, this is appalling, has anyone else experienced this?

This sounds like a crossed line, your number doesn't show that it has been changed on your account but I would just like to confirm your landline number so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see another message from me.
