I've been a customer of Virgin Media for a couple months and NEVER use a landline. Unfortunately, with the holidays coming, I figured I start as my mobile phone bill is becoming expensive.
I picked up the phone yesterday and there is no dial tone. I checked the wires and all the connections look good.
Can someone from VM help, PLEASE??? Thanks.

I've just tested the line and it appears healthy at the moment. I've just noticed you've called into to get this sorted already.
