My landline isnt working. When I try to book engineer the Virgin IT system isnt able to do it!

When I dial my virgin landline number I hear it ringing, but nothing comes through to indicate call is coming in.  Bought new handset to see if that was problem, but when all plugged in it says - Check line cord?

It was working last week, but now not and when I try to book engineer visit the Virgin system isn't able to book it in for me and asks me to call, then I go round in circles for 20 mins, through the various options.

Not impressive so far as new customer.

Welcome to the Community, I'm so sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your phone line at the moment.
