had Virgin broadband and phone Line installed last week (26 August 2015) but every time I make a phone call I have a lot of echoing of my own voice and crackling on the line. It makes it very hard to have a normal conversation. I have tried another phone in the master plug but it is still the same.
Welcome to the Community, I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you've been experiencing with your landline lately.
I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the line for you, we're not detecting any major issues from our end at the moment although as you've been able to check the handset, I'd like to get an engineer to take a look for you.
