Loss of most services -Ayrshire

Since after 1pm today we have been unable to receive call, as most customer in Ayrshire area

Also no tv or broadband.

is there an update on the reason for this?

I've located your details and I'm unable to find any active faults relating to this at the moment.

Total service loss for the past three hours in Ka10 6 area of Troon

no customers in are have anything, phone lines all dead.

after spending the whole evening on phone to your call centre they have still not acknowledged it as a local network fault and booking everyone engineers for next week and onwards.

 

any credibility you had as a network has just gone out the window.

Ten hours with no internet on Friday and now complete loss of service, talking to the call centre is frustratingly like talking to a brick wall

 

i will be leaving as I cannot rely on shocking service such as this for my home based business and home needs

even getting someone to forward my calls to my mobile was like drawing teeth 

very frustrating and not as customer friendly as it used to be back in the days when I first joined.

New local fault was finally acknowledged with a repair estimate of 0030 tonight

now this has disappeared, listed as no known faults.

 

my phone line is totally dead, I'm loosing my patience very quickly at the total farce this has become.

10 hours on Friday of no service and now 24 hours has past and service has been in tatters.

im sick to death talking to our repair department that keep saying the same thing over and over without actually achieving anything.

this unfortunately is where we part ways with virgin media, it's just not good enough treating customers with such contempt and while your call handlers hands are tied, they sound more stressed out than me

Apologies for the continued inconvenience you're experiencing with your telephone service, I've taken a look at this to run some tests and I can see the issue in your local area is open (reference F005755827). 

 

The review date for this has been set for later today, so fingers crossed this issue is resolved by then. If that doesn't happen, let us know here and I'll take another look for you right away.

All was sorted yesterday 

and yet again this morning the exact same problem covering the same area.

despite me telling you guys this, they insist that it's only my line.

i can assure you It definetly isn't just mine.

i run a business from home and this line is my lifeblood and this is the time of year I make my money.
