I have an appointment booked for Thursday to fix my phone line but it looks like I need to reschedule.
I have signed in to my virgin media as per this guide however nowhere on that page does it say "your appointments" ?
Sorry to hear about this, it should say at the top of the page if you've got an open appointment on your account.
Failing that, I'll be able to arrange for an appointment to be changed if you'd like.

Please can you look to see if I still have an appointment booked for tomorrow and if so change it to one early next week if possible.
