Line rental

I have had my broadband for 12months now but i dont have a house phone do i really need to keep paying the line rental for something i dont use? And any chance of getting a refund on the line rental seen as its never been used?

Welcome to the Community, taking out our telephone service usually entitles you to a bundle discount that you might not know you're getting.

 

Best advice would be to give our team a call on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 from any other so we can fully clear security and talk specifics around the price or having a phone line compared to not having itMan Happy
