My line is crackling so bad that I cannot hear a word of any phone conversation. I've tried another phone but the problem is the same. I've run a test which did not complete because it took too long. Says to call and report but of course I cannot hear because of the crackling!
Welcome to the Community, I'm so sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your phone line at the moment.
I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the line from our end, we're not detecting any major errors at the moment although as you've tried a separate handset, I'd like to arrange for a member of the team to come and take a closer look.
