I have a Bt 6510 single cordless phone via a virgin media package. I have run an online test which states everything is fine, however, I keep getting a line code error message on the handset and can neither make or receive calls. When trying to answer the line keeps ringing. Any advice/solution would be great.
Thanks for that Nat_J. I have tried a corded phone that has previously worked, but got no dialling tone or anything. I then replugged in the BT handset and called it from the mobile, it rang but when I lifted the handset it just kept on ringing and hen the line cord error message came up again. Any further ideas?
