Line cord error - again

Hi - we've only had our account for ~3 months, it had 'line cord error' for 2 months, you sent an engineer to fix it and it worked for last 3-4 weeks. It's broken again. The service status test crashes when I try to run it.

can you please advise how to fix this asap, and permanently? Really disappointed that we don't have a phone line again.

I've located your account and there does appear to be an issue with the line state.

 

I'd like to arrange for a principle engineer to attend and get down to the bottom of this for you.

 

I've sent you a private message so that we can get this booked in ASAP.
