Line Fault

I have to wait 7 days for an engineer to visit to resolve the fault. I have no incoming or outgoing call service. I cannot access voicemail.

7 days is not acceptable to be without service, I am not even able to receive messages.

Is it usual to eait 7 days - I spoke with BT they say they normally they can resolve in 2 days !!
