Line Cord Error

Hi,

I've had a line cord error message on my phone since Saturday, I've run the usual service checks and nothing is reported, I've tried to book an engineer online 3 or 4 a day but that blows out and I've twice sat on my mobile for 20mins listening to some crappy tune waiting to talk to someone abut this. And you are putting your prices up !  

How am I supposed to get this sorted ?

Finally got an engineer booked...for 21/12, great customer service....not !

Maybe I'll give BT a go, can't be any worse !

I'm sorry to hear you've had a problem on your landline but I'm pleased to hear you've managed to arrange an appointment with our engineer.

Hi Stephen,

Engineer duly arrived and fixed the problem which was a loose wire in a nearby roadside control box.

Everything working fine now.
