Similar to many others below our phone (a BT8500) is showing the message "Line Cord Error. Please Check" on our Virgin Media landline. The phone has worked fine for a number of months and has only recently come up with this error message. We are unable to make outgoing calls and callers simply hear the phone ring out.
The phone works on a different line. Therefore can you please advise the fastest way to get this issue resolved?
