Yet again I am without my landline. I did do a private message on Sunday but haven't had a reply.
A very helpful engineer came Sat.25th and "fixed" it,there were multiple problems he said,but alas by the end of the week it was dead and and a message displayed on my phone "check phone line" .
I have some friends who will only use my landline number and I feel uncomfortable knowing they can't get in touch plus of course I'm paying for a service which I'm not receiving
I'm so sorry for the continued problems you're experiencing with your telephone service.
I'd like to arrange for the engineer to come and take another look at this, if you're available? So we can get this resolved as soon as possible.
