I have no landline! ie no incoming or outgoing calls are possible, although the on line test via Virgin says all is well. My phones are fine and I have swapped for a known "good" one anyway, just in case. I have booked an engineers visit, but that wont be for a week, anything more I can try, Morrag1
I presume you have already tried but just to be sure - Have you disconnected all equipment (if you have a few different phones) from your phone line and any extensions and just tried a single phone in your master socket ?
