Welcome to the Community, as Andrew-H has mentioned you can remove the telephone service from your package by giving our team a call on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111.
Our services work best together as you get a bundle discount, so removing a service from that bundle can cause the price to go up in some situations.
