Am I required to keep my landline rental as I never use it.

You can remove the phone from the package, but the price may rise due to discounts associated with the service. Customer relations will be able to remove the phone or discuss your options.

Welcome to the Community, as Andrew-H has mentioned you can remove the telephone service from your package by giving our team a call on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111.

 

Our services work best together as you get a bundle discount, so removing a service from that bundle can cause the price to go up in some situations.
